Hotel Information
Please note the following:
There is a limited number rooms at the conference hotel. Therefore, sharing a bedroom with another participant will increase the possibilities of being booked at the conference site hotel.
Please add "willing to share bedroom" in the comment box during registration. If you have a suggestion for sharing with someone, you can indicate that person's name in the comment box as well.
If the conference hotel is full, we will book your room in a nearby hotels (within walking distance). In that case, breakfast will be served at your hotel, whereas all the other meals are booked at the conference venue restaurant.
